I'm learning this lesson now as I am taking 6-weeks of radiation therapy for cancer. I'm checking off each day with an X through the calendar date. I'm almost halfway there already!
And we can also reprogram our thoughts in our mind, using simple techniques, like hypnotherapy and taking time to meditate on a daily. Sometimes being motivated only last for a moment, but when we look at different perspectives in our life, that helps us get to the root cause of what's truly holding us back.
